The Dance Oracle is based on the most important of all tools of the “Devadasi – Dance of the Heart” School of intuitive sacred dance. It can be practiced on its own or as a foundation for courses that build upon it. You can practice it for yourself, as a dance meditation. For example to achieve a balancing effect on your body, heart and mind. You may also apply it when you have questions you are seeking answers to. Later on, you can also make use of the dance oracle to offer support to others.

We dance with what is.

We focus our attention on body awareness and the breath. Attentively we observe how the breath moves in and out and invite the body to surf the waves of the breath. Everything that comes to our consiciousness, body perceptions, thoughts and feelings, are being integrated in how we move and dance unfolds. This very synchronization of breath, movement and mind sets an alchemical process in motion. We become calmer, more balanced and more present. In the dance – with what is alive – we simply observe what is, free of judgement or story about it. In the same way as we wittness clouds coming and going. Unnecessary luggage like preferences, attachments and aversions drop away. We are equally empty and fulfilled. Everything that arises nourishes the dance and this in turn nourishes us.

This is the origin of the dance.

We dance with the energy of a theme

We dance in relation to a personal or more global theme. For example, we dance with an issue that is currently causing us difficulties in our life (power dance). Or we give our dance the form of a prayer for example for “world peace”. Inspired by the topic and its energy, we allow the dance to take form.

What we have learned in “Dance Oracle 1” serves as a a base and helps us to tune ourselves. With an open mind we dedicate ourselves to our chosen theme and let the dance take shape. This “getting in touch” nourishes us personally, strengthens the healing bond among us and has a supportive effect on the collective field around us.

In this seminar we will learn how to dance in dedication for another person. This seminar is part of the Devadasi education course. Followed by further modules starting in the fall. More information about the training course itself will follow later.

The teachings “Dance Oracle 1 & 2” precede this training. Now we apply what we have learned in relation to a fellow human being. We do not necessarily know the person we dedicate a dance for. Empty we step before him or her and let the dance take shape.10For the one who receives the dance, it is usually quite a healing and certainly a very touching experience. It is as if they can look into the mirrow of their soul. They are seen and recognized as a person and where they are at. Known or unknown aspects come to light and are being looked at for the purpose of integration and balance.

If different people dance for one person, often different aspects show up. Besides the emergence of these energetic resonances, which have a healing effect on all being involved, the dancer as well as the one who is being danced for gains insights into spiritual laws and benefits personally and spiritually.

Our short film MANDALA is going to be released!

The World Premiere takes place in the golden hall of the legendary BABYLON, the most historic and well known film theatre in the center of Berlin. The short film, on a poem by Rumi, to music by Vorya Zarnegar & Sina Gheisary, gives joy and inspiration to body, mind and soul. It is our gift to the world!

The temporary dance monastery  is an exerience for pioneers! It is going to be offered for the fist time. Join us for 11 days. If that is not possible, you can apply for a long weekend. Knowing the basic tools of  “dance of the heart” is advisable for this gathering, for Paramjyoti will not teach. We dive into the practice itself from the start. You an aquire basic knowledge in a preceding seminar or a single class with Paramjyoti live or online.
