Welcome to our Online Premiere and Film Release Celebration on winter solstice, 21.12.2023, at 8pm MEZ, online on Zoom and live in Kientalerhof. Admission free. Enjoy with us film, filmtalk, special guests, listening to live music and dance. For live participation please send us your application.

Mudra Mantra Mandala (MMM)
We practice within the Sacred Dance school founded by Paramjyoti and its basic elements. We work with both free and set movement. We explore the interplay of body-movement and mind in mudras, learn simple step sequences to mantras we chant, and dance (instant) chorographed mandala dances in group formation.
Experience the secret of dance in your heart, the force of traditional mantras and the support of the collective as we practice in the group formation with synchronized movements.

Prerequisite for this seminar is the participation in the “Dance Oracle, Part 1” or a previous individual introduction by Paramjyoti, live or online. Book now >>
In Dance Oracle part 2 we dance in dedication to a concrete issue. We may pick a personal or a collective motif. For example, we dance with something that is currently causing us difficulties in our lives or that asks a lot of our attention. We may also choose to dedicate our dance as a prayer to a more collective matter, such as “world peace”.
How the magic works: What we have learned in “Dance Oracle 1” is our base. With an open, free mind, we address our attention to the chosen topic and allow the dance to take shape. This “coming into connection” with what moves us nourishes us personally and has a healing effect. It brings us closer together as a group and has a postive effect on the collective energy field around us. The dance begins to unfold.

MMM is a part of the educational programme of Paramjyoti´s `Devadasi – Dance of the Heart´school in four parts.
Fokus in MMM part 2 is on “Mantra”. We sing different Mantras and learn particulary on those mantra choreographed steps. As we repetitivly dance the mantra in a circle, we deeply connect and integrate its benefitial qualities directly in our cells and (body-) awareness.
Prerequisites: participation in MMM part 1 is helpful and desirable. Lateral entry may be possible upon request.

MMM is a part of the educational programme of Paramjyoti´s `Devadasi – Dance of the Heart´school. A seminar in four parts.
Fokus in MMM part 3 is on “Mandala”. We build on what has been achieved by part 1 and 2. In part 3 we focus on the group formation. We agree on “keys” by words, music and/or guesture and allow spontanious mandalas take form. Additionally we study already created mandala choreographies and its impacts on us.
Prerequisites: participation in MMM part 1 and 2 is helpful and desirable. Lateral entry may be possible upon request.

MMM part 4 is dedicated to study the MANDALA film choreography and its 5 roles. You can join dancing “In the love of Salomon” with us, may want to lead your own MANDALA group and may join a possible future film project: a MANDALA dance prayer that spans the world.
Prerequisites: participation in MMM part 1, 2 & 3 is helpful and desirable. Lateral entry may be possible upon request.
