Mudra Mantra Mandala – in autmn
MMM (Mudra Mantra Mandala) is one of the three pillars of Infinite.dance ´s approach towards sacred dance. The seminar can be booked as a single weekend seminar or as a series for four seminars. We explore the power of specific hand and body gestures, learn step sequences aligned to the sound of mantras and amplify our energies as we dance (instant) choreography. In this weekend, you will also receive an introduction into whirling.
Beginners are welcome.

Seminar fee: CHF 380.- for registration until 31 days prior to the seminar, afterwards CHF 430.-. In case you have already participated in a previous MMM seminar you receive a 40 Euro Discount.
Seminar time: You can arrive Friday at 8pm if you wish. The official start of the seminar is Saturday 9.30 and ends Sunday 4 or 5pm.
