Registration & Payment

1. Your registration becomes binding once we receive your signed registration form.

2. By registering, you enter into an agreement with Infinite.dance and accept the listed prices and terms.

3. The seminar fee is due upon registration. Whenever possible, we kindly ask you to make your payment promptly, and no later than the first day of the seminar.
In special cases and by prior agreement, a deposit may be paid in advance, with the remaining balance due according to our arrangement.

4. For seminars with limited space, spots are assigned in the order registrations are received.

Cancellation & Changes

5. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or postal mail.

6. You may transfer your spot to another person up until the start of the course, as long as they meet the course requirements. The replacement participant must be arranged by you. A processing fee of €50 / CHF 50 (depending on location and payment currency) will apply.

7. If you cancel less than 31 days before the course begins, the full seminar fee is due.

8. If you need to cancel due to serious reasons such as illness or accident, please provide a medical certificate. A €50 / CHF 50 cancellation fee will apply. The remaining amount may be credited toward another seminar within two years.

9. In case of no-show or early departure, the full seminar fee will be charged.

10. Private lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full.

11. Rebooking to a different seminar is possible, subject to availability, and includes a €50 / CHF 50 processing fee.

12. If a seminar is canceled by Infinite.dance or its organizing partners, all payments will be fully refunded. Alternatively, with your consent, the amount may be credited toward a future course.

13. By Infinite.dance, if necessary, seminars may be canceled 1–2 weeks before the scheduled start date.

Health & Personal Responsibility

Our seminars are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Each participant is responsible for their own physical and emotional well-being during the course. Infinite.dance is not liable for health-related issues arising in connection with participation.

If you have any medical conditions, physical limitations, serious illness, or psychological concerns, please contact us before registering. Let us know about any relevant health matters or regular medications so we can clarify together whether participation is appropriate.

Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage. We recommend having adequate accident, health, travel, and personal liability insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite.dance is not liable for damages of any kind arising from participation in our courses.
