Together with MANDALA dancers we embark on an inner and outer pilgrimage to beautiful Umbria and into the holy city Assisi. It seems, that until today we can sense the blessings of St. Francis and St. Chiara there. We visit pilgrimage places, go on hikes to waterfalls and flower fields, sing and dance. We dance amongst us, with like minded yogis and yogis and possibly in public locations, too. Turning towards the heart, always.
