Mudra Mantra Mandala  – in spring

MMM (Mudra Mantra Mandala) is one of the three pillars of Infinite.dance ´s appoach towards sacred dance. We explore the power of specific hand and body gestures, learn step sequences aligned to the sound of mantras and amplify our energies as we dance (instant) choreography.

Beginners are welcome. In this weekend, you will also receive an introduction into whirling.

Live music accompaniment by Wolfgang Obrecht (accordion, mandola, setar, dulcimer, percussion, voice & all kinds of surprises).
