SUMMARY:ascending\, a whirling dance offering
DESCRIPTION:ascending\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				A Whirling Dance Offering by Paramjyoti\, Simone Wyss and Steffi Maag. Within “Sound & Word on Friday evening”\, a mostly sung protestant Church Service in Ref. Church Regensberg\, a picturesque little castle town near Zurich. The service will be held by pastor Mathias Baenzinger\, his wife and three musicians. We will be singing Hagios songs\, hear uplifting words and enjoy together silence. \nA new project series by Infinite.dance is ascending. Paramjyoti dances solo or with a group of her Devadasi – Dance of the Heart school practitioners. The whirling dance offering\, that is being presented with live music\, is meditative\, and at times even ecstatic. Its frequency and radiance is grace\, peace and freedom. In the infinite whirl that is anchored in the unmoving\, bliss shimmers. Something incomprehensible becomes visible and tangible. The program also provides the opportunity for the audience to join the dance. Introductions into whirling are often offered prior to the public event.

SUMMARY:Dance Oracle - part 1
DESCRIPTION:Dance Oracle\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Presence\, Golden Key and Power Dances \nThe world with all its phenomena is a great mystery. We cannot comprehend it. But we can ask questions and dance. The dance oracle offers a special opportunity to do so. We playfully combine body awareness with creative expression and gain the freedom to dance with what is. By connecting with what moves us in our hearts we allow the “dance of life” to unfold. In this way the dance becomes the mirror of our heart. \nThe Dance Oracle part 1 can be practiced on its own or serve as a foundation for subsequent courses. You can practise The Dance Oracle part 2 for or yourself\, as a dance meditation\, to promote your emotional balance and mental calmness\, or use it when you want answers to your questions. Later on\, you can also use The Dance Oracle to offer support to other people. \nWe dance with what is: We focus our attention on body awareness and the breath. Listening to the cycle of the breath\, we invite our body to move freely\, carried by the flow of the breath. Everything that arises in the awareness of body perceptions\, thoughts and feelings can flow into the dance. The synchronization of breath\, movement and mind sets an alchemical process in motion. We become calmer\, more balanced and more present. In dancing with what moves us we remain the witness to what is and stay free. Judgements\, preferences\, attachments and aversions may fall away. We are empty and fulfilled in equal measure. Everything that emerges nourishes the dance and this in turn nourishes us. At this point we are in touch with the origin of dance. \nWe will also explore the fundamental tool of Infinite.dance\, called “the golden key”: We practice the alignement of breath\, movement and our mind. \nIn part one we also enjoy offering loving attention\, kindness and light to possibly rather hidden topics\, which show themselves\, as we attempt to move towards mere presence.  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Location: we will most likely meet in the Ballettchule Küssaberg. There might be an option to also gather in Seminarhaus Eulenspiegel. Detailas about the location\, arrival time and seminar start will be announced shortly. \nSa/So Seminar times: Sa. 18 Uhr\,  So\,\, 9.30am- 1pm\, 3-5pm and 7-9pm\, Mo  9.30am – 1pm \nSeminar fee: 380 Euro with registration till 31 days prior to the seminar\, after that 430 Euro  (accommodation and food not included). As you book the full dance oracle cycle 1-4 at once\, you receive 120 Euro discount on the price total. Once you have completed one cycle and return again\, you will receive a 20% discount in the second cycle. From the third cycle onwards\, the cost per weekend will be 200 euros. \nAccommodation: You may want to book your own accommodation in the nearby area or take your mat and sleeping bag in order to stay in the ballet school itself. Take into consideration that in the rural area public transportation is limited. It is advisable to speak to each other for shared privat taxi arrangements amongst each other. Those can be discussed on our social media chat.  In the ballet school there is no warm shower facility. The dance floor must be vacant 30 minutes prior to the course\, so preparations for the class can take place. Theres is a bakery and a cafe just across the road and an Indian restaurant in the same building. Breakfast and dinner is self organised. Their individual motive might be to revive: \n\nA rejuvenating and blissful treat for him/herself\nSupport in a challenging life situation\nInitiation and personal coaching into dance as a spiritual practice. Introduction into its method and entering free flowing improvisation with the dance of your heart.\nFor professional dancers the dance oracle offers a new dimension for their performing art\n\nBenefits of these sessions are: improving health\, body fitness\, calming of mental activities\, relaxation of the nervous system\, harmonising and balancing emotions\, triggering intuition and self confidence\, detecting and breaking through habits and old patterns which cause suffering\, supporting transformation\, evoking natural ease\, wellbeing and encouraging a life in expanded consciousness. \n\nBack to calendar >>
