It invites the practitioner to loosen fixed ideas\, concepts and belief systems about ones perception of oneself and the world in order to have fundamental spiritual experiences in the natural expanse of ones own consciousness. \nImmerse yourself in the mystical world of Whirling and Sema. A ritual known from the Sufi tradition\, in which poetry\, music\, singing and dancing merge into one. Experience with Paramjyoti and friends an approach that honors the form\, origin and spiritual path of Sufism and transcends it\, entering into the universal language of spirit\, heart and soul.  \nParamjyoti will lead us into the practice of whirling mainly along her free approach and lyrical style. A sacred space is being created which has a healing effect on the individual as well as the group and the collective. Both\, by the live music which we will enjoy as well as our movement prayers. DESCRIPTION:Mudra Mantra Mandala  – in spring\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				MMM (Mudra Mantra Mandala) is one of the three pillars of Infinite.dance ´s approach towards sacred dance. The seminar can be booked as a single weekend seminar or as a series for four seminars. We explore the power of specific hand and body gestures\, learn step sequences aligned to the sound of mantras and amplify our energies as we dance (instant) choreography. In this weekend\, you will also receive an introduction into whirling. \nBeginners are welcome. \nPrerequisites: non \nLive music accompaniment by Wolfgang Obrecht (accordion\, mandola\, setar\, dulcimer\, percussion\, voice & all kinds of surprises) and Flurin Kappenberger (percussion). \nSeminar fee: CHF 380.- for registration until 20.12.25\, afterwards CHF 430.-.
