DESCRIPTION:Dance Oracle Practitioner Training \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Heartly welcome to our virtual dance temple in community of fellow dance pilgrims. In this meeting\, we continue to practice with the known tools. We turn towards what interests and concerns us\, in the sancturary of our own being and within the group. Wake up\, dance and celebrate the dance of life. \nWe gather once a month. Connecting our spirit to our heart\, we dance with what rises in the present moment. We dialogue with one another and within our selves\, practicing our awareness of “the one witnessing the dance”. \nAnyone\, who has completed the “Dance Oracle” series or is well familiar with the tool of the “golden key” can join. Best is to check in advance with Paramjyoti\, wether she recommends this class for you. \nThis class is a chance to support you in your practice and deepen it. Your participation is a gift for your fellow practitioners. DESCRIPTION:Dance Oracle Part 1 & 2\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				The world with all its phenomena is a great mystery. We cannot comprehend it. But we can ask questions and dance. The dance oracle offers a special opportunity to do so. We playfully combine body awareness with creative expression and gain the freedom to dance with what is. By connecting with what moves us in our hearts we allow the “dance of life” to unfold. In this way the dance becomes the mirror of our heart. \nThe Dance Oracle can be practiced on its own or serve as a foundation for subsequent courses. You can practise The Dance Oracle for yourself\, as a dance meditation\, to promote your emotional balance and mental calmness\, or use it when you want answers to your questions. Later on\, you can also use The Dance Oracle to offer support to other people. \nContent of Dance Oracle Part 1: We dance with what is: We focus our attention on body awareness and the breath. Listening to the cycle of the breath\, we invite our body to move freely\, carried by the flow of the breath. Everything that arises in the awareness of body perceptions\, thoughts and feelings can flow into the dance. The synchronization of breath\, movement and mind sets an alchemical process in motion. We become calmer\, more balanced and more present. In dancing with what moves us we remain the witness to what is and stay free. Judgements\, preferences\, attachments and aversions may fall away. We are empty and fulfilled in equal measure. Everything that emerges nourishes the dance and this in turn nourishes us. At this point we are in touch with the origin of dance. \nContent of Dance Oracle Part 2: We dance in dedication to a theme: We dedicate our dance to a specific topic. This can have a personal or a collective motif. For example\, we dance with something that is currently causing us difficulties in our lives. Or we dedicate our dance as a prayer to a collective theme\, such as “world peace”. \nWith an open mind\, we dedicate ourselves to our chosen theme and allow the dance to take shape. This “coming into connection” nourishes us personally\, encourages mutual support and strengthens our group and has a positive and transformative effect on the collective field around us. The dance starts to unfold. \nArrival : Friday \nSeminar times: Fr. 4 – 8.30 pm\, Sa. 9-12. 3-5 and/or 7-9 pm\, Sun 9-12am \nSeminar fee: 380 Euro with registration till 31 days prior to the event\, after that 430 Euro  (accommodation and food not included). \nParticipation requirements: This weekend is open for all who took Dance Oracle part 1 and those who book an introduction in form of a single class (online) with Paramjyoti prior to the seminar.
