DESCRIPTION:ascending\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Group dance performance by Paramjyoti with her dance students to live music for mother ´s day. In Church service in Verena Minster\, Bad Zurzach. The service will be held by Pastoral Area Manager Cordula Napieraj and Pastor Bernhard Ollmert. \nA new project series by Infinite.dance is ascending. Paramjyoti dances solo or with a group of her Devadasi – Dance of the Heart” school practitioners. The whirling dance offering\, that is being presented with live music\, is meditative\, and at times even ecstatic. Its frequency and radiance is grace\, peace and freedom. In the infinite whirl that is anchored in the unmoving\, bliss shimmers. Something incomprehensible becomes visible and tangible.

SUMMARY:Where music and whirling meet
DESCRIPTION:Where music and whirling meet\nDive with us into the mystical world by practising meditation\, chanting\, physical warm up\, physical opening and warming up practices\, exercises which prepare us for whirling\, deep relaxation and whirling itself. Paramjyoti will transmit this aesthetic art of whirling in her intuitive approach and expression\, a school for connecting our body-mind\, spirit and soul.\n \nListening to our breath\, we get in touch with the puls and rhythm which emerges from within\, as we embark on our dance pilgrimage along our own belief systems and beyond. Unlike in traditional Sema known from Sufi traditions\, we as the dancers also make the music ourselves. For this purpose\, we sing the names of “the Beloved” from various traditions\, illahis\, mantras and songs.\n\nTime: 2-5 pm\, please come timely \n\n\n2 – 3.15 pm singing together\, Warm-Up & meditative exercises for preparing whirling as well as the ritual itself\n15 minutes pause\n3.30 – 5 pm whirling celebration with live music and our joint voices singing. We close with a meditation and/or a deep relaxation exercise (shavasana).\n\n\n\nContribution: 95 CHF\nLet us know if you really want to come but can not afford the fee. DESCRIPTION:Dance Oracle\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Part 1: Presence\, Golden Key\, Power Dances\nThe world with all its phenomena is a great mystery. We cannot comprehend it. But we can ask questions and dance. The dance oracle offers a special opportunity to do so. We playfully combine body awareness with creative expression and gain the freedom to dance with what is. By connecting with what moves us in our hearts we allow the “dance of life” to unfold. In this way the dance becomes the mirror of our heart. \nThe Dance Oracle can be practiced on its own or serve as a foundation for subsequent courses. You can practise The Dance Oracle for yourself\, as a dance meditation\, to promote your emotional balance and mental calmness\, or use it when you want answers to your questions. Later on\, you can also use The Dance Oracle to offer support to other people. \nWe dance with what is: We focus our attention on body awareness and the breath. Listening to the cycle of the breath\, we invite our body to move freely\, carried by the flow of the breath. Everything that arises in the awareness of body perceptions\, thoughts and feelings can flow into the dance. The synchronization of breath\, movement and mind sets an alchemical process in motion. We become calmer\, more balanced and more present. In dancing with what moves us we remain the witness to what is and stay free. Judgements\, preferences\, attachments and aversions may fall away. We are empty and fulfilled in equal measure. Everything that emerges nourishes the dance and this in turn nourishes us. At this point we are in touch with the origin of dance. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Seminar times: Fr. 7-8.30/9 pm\, Sa. 9-12. 3-5 and 7-9 pm\, Sun 9-12am \nSeminar fee: 380 Euro with registration till 14.4.25\, after that 430 Euro  (accommodation and food not included).
