DESCRIPTION:Dance Oracle Practitioner Training \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Heartly welcome to our virtual dance temple in community of fellow dance pilgrims. In this meeting\, we continue to practice with the known tools. We turn towards what interests and concerns us\, in the sancturary of our own being and within the group. Wake up\, dance and celebrate the dance of life. \nWe gather about once a month. Connecting our spirit to our heart\, we dance with what rises in the present moment. We dialogue with one another and within our selves\, practicing our awareness of “the one witnessing the dance”. \nAnyone\, who has completed the “Dance Oracle” series or is well familiar with the tool of the “golden key” can join. Best is to check in advance with Paramjyoti\, wether she recommends this class for you. \nThis class is a chance to stay alive and deepen your practice and have your participation be a gift for your fellow practitionners. DESCRIPTION:Where music and whirling meet\nDive with us into the mystical world by practising meditation\, chanting\, physical warm up\, physical opening and warming up practices\, exercises which prepare us for whirling\, deep relaxation and whirling itself. Paramjyoti will transmit this aesthetic art of whirling in her intuitive approach and expression\, a school for connecting our body-mind\, spirit and soul.\n \nListening to our breath\, we get in touch with the puls and rhythm which emerges from within\, as we embark on our dance pilgrimage along our own belief systems and beyond. Unlike in traditional Sema known from Sufi traditions\, we as the dancers also make the music ourselves. For this purpose\, we sing the names of “the Beloved” from various traditions\, illahis\, mantras and songs.\n\nTime: 2-5 pm\, please come timely \n\n\n2 – 3.15 pm singing together\, Warm-Up & meditative exercises for preparing whirling as well as the ritual itself\n15 minutes pause\n3.30 – 5 pm whirling celebration with live music and our joint voices singing. We close with a meditation and/or a deep relaxation exercise (shavasana).\n\n\n\nContribution: 95 CHF\nLet us know if you really want to come but can not afford the fee. DESCRIPTION:Sema is a ritual known from the Sufi tradition\, with sacred music and dance. It invites the practitioner to loosen fixed ideas\, concepts and belief systems about ones perception of oneself and the world in order to have fundamental spiritual experiences in the natural expanse of ones own consciousness. \nImmerse yourself in the mystical world of Whirling and Sema. A ritual known from the Sufi tradition\, in which poetry\, music\, singing and dancing merge into one. Experience with Paramjyoti and friends an approach that honors the form\, origin and spiritual path of Sufism and transcends it\, entering into the universal language of spirit\, heart and soul. \nPractice of Whirling and Sema ritual with Paramjyoti and her musician friends Herbert Walter (ney\, oud\, voice and more; oriental music theraphy\, sufi music)\, Wolfgang Obrecht (accordion\, mandola\, setar\, dulcimer\, percussion\, voice & all kinds of surprises)\, Daniel Haas (percussion). \nJoin us embarking on a spiritual journey with music and dance. SUMMARY:Mudra Mantra Mandala - the sacred in dance
DESCRIPTION:Mudra Mantra Mandala – The Sacred within Dance\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				We practice within the sacred dance tradition founded by Paramjyoti and its basic elements. We work with both free and set movement. We explore the interplay of body-movement and mind in mudras\, learn simple step sequences to mantras we chant and dance (instant) choreographed mandala dances in group formation. \nin this seminar\, we focus on the group formation. We agree on “keys” by words\, music and/or gesture and allow spontaneous mandalas take form. Additionally we continue to engage in mudra\, the connection between body and spirit and the embodyment to mantra\, by dancing step sequences to the mantras we chant and study the MANDALA film choreography and its impacts on us. \nPrerequisites: Dropping into the seminar series by joining this MMM part 3 is possible.
