SUMMARY:Where music and whirling meet
DESCRIPTION:Dive with us into the mystical world by practising meditation\, chanting\, physical warm up\, physical opening and warming up practices\, exercises which prepare us for whirling\, deep relaxation and whirling itself. Paramjyoti will transmit this aesthetic art of whirling in her intuitive approach and expression\, a school for connecting our body-mind\, spirit and soul.\n\nListening to our breath\, we get in touch with the puls and rhythm which emerges from within\, as we embark on our dance pilgrimage along our own belief systems and beyond. Unlike in traditional Sema known from Sufi traditions\, we as the dancers also make the music ourselves. For this purpose\, we sing the names of “the Beloved” from various traditions\, illahis\, mantras and songs.\n\nTime: 4-7pm\, please come timely \n\n\n4 – 5.15 pm singing together\, Warm-Up & meditative exercises for preparing whirling as well as the ritual itself\n15 minutes pause\n5.30-7 pm whirling celebration with live music and our joint voices singing. We close with a meditation and/or a deep relaxation exercise (shavasana).\n\n\n\nContribution: 95 CHF\nWe are striving for creating a vibrant community. For all\, who decide to sign up for all three announced whirling gatherings ( 16th of Feburary and 30th of March)\, you receive a discount and pay 240 CHF total. Let ´s move and enter the magic of whirling!\nAs you are getting familar with the event\, you may volunteer and receive additional dicount. Contact Paramyjoti for volonteer work requests. Also let us know if you really want to come but can not afford the fee. DESCRIPTION:Welcome in our virtual dance temple and to our vivid dance pilgrim community. We gather in order to practice tools and skills\, integrate what has already unveiled itself to us and explore deeper what is there for us to discover. In this meeting you can research and practice self enquiry within a group of committed souls. Come\, dance\, awaken and celebrate the dance of life with us. \nWe strive for meeting once a month. The gathering is open for all who have been participating in the dance oracle seminar series or who are very familiar with the “golden key” tool and have double checked with Paramjyoti\, wether it is a good idea at this point to join the group both for the dynamic of the group and mainly yourself. \nHow wonderful that our hearts and minds are as open as to allow us to meet despite great geographical distances in this virtual temple of ours. \nPlease do contribute 30 Euros until the evening before our meeting. With your participation and contribution you create the time for your practice within the group and in the presence of Paramjyoti both for yourself as well as for the group.
