SUMMARY:Mudra Mantra Mandala - the sacred in dance\, part 2
DESCRIPTION:Mudra Mantra Mandala (MMM)\, part 2 \nWe practice within the sacred dance tradition founded by Paramjyoti and its basic elements. We work with both free and set movement. We explore the interplay of body-movement and mind in mudras\, learn simple step sequences to mantras we chant and dance (instant) choreographed mandala dances in group formation. \n​Fokus in MMM part 2 is on “Mantra”. We sing different Mantras and learn particulary on those mantra choreographed steps. As we repetitivly sing and dance the mantra in a circle\, we deeply connect and integrate its beneficial qualities directly in our cells and (body-) awareness. \nPrerequisites: MMM is a four-part seminar series of “Devadasi – Dance of the Heart”. Participation in MMM part 1 is helpful and desirable. Joining in for MMM2 ist open for all. \nThe seminar will be accompanied by live music from Wolfgang Obrecht (accordion\, mandola\, setar\, dulcimer\, percussion\, voice & all kinds of surprises). \nSeminar language is primarily German.
