SUMMARY:Dance of the Heart Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Become familiar with Paramjyoti’s school of sacred intuitive dance and its “golden key”. \nWe get in touch with our breath and dance in free movement. Whatever body awareness\, thoughts and feelings arise in our consciousness will be integrated into our dance. We are empty and full in equal measure. Everything nourishes the dance and the dance in turn nourishes us. Let yourself be guided\, along your own beliefs and according to the urgency of your own heart\, towards healing and self-recognition. Let’s experience dance and celebrate it joyfully. \nThe dance seminar is barrier-free and suitable for people with and without dance experience. Please register as soon as possible\, the number of participants is limited. \nWith live music. DESCRIPTION:Our Global Dance Ceremonies unfold. The first temple is in our own heart. As we unite our hearts and dance\, we can uplift our own energy and stimulate a positive vibration in the collective. The more of us unite\, the greater this energy wave of good intention and best wishes for all people\, plants\, animals and beings can expand and be of support. \n\n\n\n\nWe meet once a month\, around full moon. Starting with a series of four online events. Each can be attended separately\, too. We alternate WHIRLING practice (Sema) and CELEBRATION\, which is a dance prayer in free movement with the support of elders from different spiritual traditions and their rituals\, prayers and/or energy work. \nAll our meetings will be accompanied by live music. \nClick: Link to our ceremony on Zoom \n\n\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				These meetings are offered on suggested donation. This way\, people from any part of the world can join and yet we are able to cover expenses and continue to offer the program. The suggested donation per meeting is 30 Euro. In case you can not afford this\, you are still welcome to join us. Please take to your heart: You can always choose to give less and support us with 2-3 hours honorary work per ceremony. You could help us spreading word of mouth about our meetings. In your friends circles\, e.g. on what’s app\, facebook and instagram. You could also collect addresses from possibly interested groups in your area\, like yoga centres\, dance schools and such. SUMMARY:Mudra Mantra Mandala - the sacred in dance\, part 1
DESCRIPTION:We practice within the Sacred Dance school founded by Paramjyoti and its basic elements. We work with both free and set movement. We explore the interplay of body-movement and mind in mudras\, learn simple step sequences to mantras we chant\, and dance (instant) chorographed mandala dances in group formation. \nExperience the secret of dance in your heart\, the force of traditional mantras and the support of the collective as we practice in the group formation with synchronized movements. Participating in the full seminar series MMM enables you to dance the choreography of MANDALA.
