SUMMARY:Light-Power SingGathering
DESCRIPTION:Paramjyoti will lead a whirling dance ritual as part of the Light-Power SingGathering. This will be supported and nourished by the eight wonderful Light-Power musicians of the group Seelengsang. Everyone present is invited to sing along heartily to the songs that are sung. Prior to the ceremonial ritual\, there will be an introduction to whirling dance in the form of a workshop. This way\, even if you have no prior experience\, you can dance wholeheartedly during the Whirling Dance ritual. \nFriday afternoon\, August 28\, there will be a 1.5-hour introduction to the Whirling Dance \nSaturday\, August 29\, the Whirling Dance ritual is scheduled to take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. \nAbout the introduction: In a warm-up\, we prepare our bodies to become a vessel for the practice. Simple preparatory exercises for whirling help accustom the vestibular system to the movement\, gather you mentally and energetically\, and thus bring yourself in alignment with the axis (both mentally and physically) you will keep turning around. The rope is taut—the connection between heaven and earth established—now you can surrender your heart and mind to devotion and dance! \nAbout the ritual: During the ritual\, the Light-Power musicians will be positioned in the center of the room. A large singing circle will form around them. Right in the bardo in between\, Paramjyoti will initiate the spinning “around the axis of the Beloved.” Songs will be sung\, which everyone is welcome to join in. For those who have already enjoyed the introductory session or are already familiar with the whirling\, can freely join the dance\, after Paramjyoti will have opened it for us. Throughout the ritual\, there will always be at least two people whirling. This way\, we keep “the fire alive.” \nWhat to bring for the dance introduction and the ritual: both comfortable clothing for the practice and festive attire in which you can also move easily. Since we are drawing on spiritual traditions and you will want to dress up as if for a wedding (with your beloved)\, please ensure that your clothing is not too casual or revealing\, but rather elegant and refined\, just as you would for a very special celebration. SUMMARY:Mudra Mantra Mandala - the sacred in dance
DESCRIPTION:Mudra Mantra Mandala (MMM)\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Experience the secret of dance in your heart\, the force of traditional mantras and the spiritual and collective power of synchronised movements and group formations. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				We practice within the sacred dance tradition founded by Paramjyoti and its basic elements. We work with both free and set movement. We explore the interplay of body-movement and mind in mudras\, learn simple step sequences to mantras we chant and dance (instant) choreographed mandala dances in group formation. \nMMM part 2 is on “Mantra”. We sing different Mantras and learn particulary on those mantra choreographed steps. As we repetitively sing and dance the mantra in a circle\, we deeply connect and integrate its beneficial qualities directly in our cells and (body-) awareness. We will also start learning basic steps for the MANDALA choreography from MANDALA short film or\, depending on the interest of the group\, as an alternative\, weave the different mantras we sang and its dance sequences into one new mandala choreography. \nPrerequisites: MMM is a four-part seminar series of “Devadasi – Dance of the Heart”. Joining in for MMM2 is open and possible for all. \nThe seminar will be accompanied by live music. \nSeminar language is primarily German. Translation into English is available on request. \nSeminar Fee: CHF 380.- for registration until 91 days prior to the beginning of the seminar\, afterwards CHF 430.-. In case you have already participated in a previous MMM cycle and would like to participate again\, we can discuss your role within the seminar and you may receive a discount.  \nIf you pay in Euro or Dollar\, use the corresponding exchange price. \nWe hold the seminar in the Ballet school Küssaberg. Here our seminar times and accommodation situation change slightly: You may choose to arrive Friday evening. In Bad Zurzach is a thermal bath\, you may want to enjoy before arrival at the Ballett School. The seminar starts Saturday morning. Please book your own accommodation in the nearby guest houses and hotels. Simple accommodation with own bedding is possible in the dance hall itself.  Arriving by train\, choose to travel to Bad Zurzach in Switzerland or Waldshut-Tiengen\, Kreis Waldshut in Germany. Also pay attention to public transportation from the railway station to Kadelburg. Of course prior to your arrival\, shared rides can be organized amongst the group.The location of the school is right at the German-Swiss border. Food and accomodation is not included in the seminar fee. A Pakistani restaurant is downstairs in the same building other restaurants are around\, too\, a baker is around the corner and a bit longer (walking) distance are further food stores. \nArrival on Friday at 7.30 pm in the Ballettschool possible.   \nSeminar times: 9.30am–1pm\, 3.30–5.30pm\, 7.30–9pm\, Sunday 9 am–1pm (11 hours)  \nWe enjoy closing the seminar with sharing lunch in the restaurant downstairs. DESCRIPTION:Dance Oracle\nFocus in part 4: What does it mean to you “to dance of God” \nThe teachings “Dance Oracle 1-3” precede this training. We contemplate on our highest values\, on life and existence itself and practice to dance in dedication to THAT\, what is truely dearest to us. We bring pens and paper\, images\, statues\, meditation objects\, meditate\, contemplate and give birth to dances in dedication to THAT\, which uplifts and aligns us to those most noble ideals & greatest love capacities of ourselves. \nThis is a highly advanced class and only possible to be visited by those who took part in dance oracle 1-3\, no matter which year. \nArrival: Friday\, 8pm at the Ballett School. Before that one can enjoy the Spa and Wellness Thermos bath house in Bad Zurzach. \nSeminar times: Sa. 9-12am\, 3-5pm and 7-9pm\, Sun 9-12am and 2-4pm \nSeminar fee: 380 Euro with registration till 31 days prior to the seminar\, after that 430 Euro  (accommodation and food not included). \nAccommodation: You may want to book your own accommodation in the nearby area or take your mat and sleeping bag in order to stay in the ballet school itself. Take into consideration that in the rural area public transportation is limited. It is advisable to speak to each other for shared privat taxi arrangements amongst each other. Those can be discussed on our social media chat.  In the ballet school there is no warm shower facility. The dance floor must be vacant 30 minutes prior to the course\, so preparations for the class can take place. Theres is a bakery and a cafe just across the road and an Indian restaurant in the same building. Breakfast and dinner is self organised.
