DESCRIPTION:Synthesis of the three pathsApproaching the great mystery of dance \nImmerse yourself in sacred dance and the secrets it holds. Gentle physical training\, aesthetics\, and universal spiritual practice flow together. Playing with form merges with the formless. Experience the vastness of your own consciousness and the gifts that dance has in store for you. Reflecting on our own truthfulness\, our journey of discovery is playful and lively. \nStep by step\, Paramjyoti introduces us to contemporary temple dance. Her school offers three paths\, for which we will develop a feeling this weekend: \n\nfree movement from the connection of our heart with our spirit\nturning around one’s own axis\ndancing step sequences and dance formations\n\nBreathing is already movement\, it is dance. Inspired by the connection with our breath\, we allow the dance to unfold further. We take this closeness to our breath with us into the preliminary exercises for the turning dance and into the turning dance ritual itself. The interplay between what arises in the mind and the form in which it is expressed comes to the fore. We pay attention to this interaction and explore it in gestures\, step sequences\, and geometric figures in space\, especially the circle. \nAll three paths of the Infinite.dance school are keys to experiencing the vastness of our own consciousness and allowing our life dance to unfold from here.
