SUMMARY:Excursion and whirling practice
DESCRIPTION:whirling practice\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Excursion to and whirling practice in the Ecovillage Sanctuary Bordei/Terra Vecchia. \nMeditative to ecstatic whirling dance practice with live music. There will be a one hour introduction for beginners on Friday evening\, and a three hours whirling practice session Saturday morning\, with coaching\, also for advanced students. Join us spinning and getting in touch with that\, which does not move nor change. \nAdditionally we will have time for strolls in the beautiful environment and photo/video shooting times for the students who are involved in the project “ascending”. \nArrival Friday from 3pm onwards\, and for those who come Saturday only\, from 8-9.30am. \nFriday from 8-9.30pm will be the introduction course. Whirling practice for all will be Saturday morning from 10 am – 1pm. Sunday from 12-1pm we meet to conclude our gathering. (Photo shooting for ascending might continue in the afternoon) \nFee for the seminar: 108 CHF \nAdditional fee for the introduction hour: 40-60 CHF sliding scale \nMeal times: 8-9 am breakfast\, 1pm lunch and 6pm dinner \nIn order to reserve your place\, please fill out the Anmeldeformular I.D\, Bordei and send it together with the receipt of your seminar fee transaction to us by email or post (postal address is written on the registration form) \nFind information and register for meals and accommodation here. For any questions\, do not hesitate to contact the ecovillage office itself. \nBring along: good fitting socks\, a shawl to cuddle yourself in\, a water bottle\, a small towel. People from ascending project bring their white whirling dresses. For everybody: if you have white clothes and a skirt for whirling\, please bring them along\, too. It is recommended to also bring shoes for inside the houses or thick socks\, for even in the summer the stone floors might feel cold to your feet. \nSome (orange) rental dresses are available\, at the cost of 30 CHF.
